Orders are sent Royal Mail 48 tracked or by courier. If you would like an order to be delivered outside the UK please contact us. If you would like your order to be sent by Special Delivery or any other service please contact us to discuss this.
Your order will be delivered to the address specified when the order was placed. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses.
We aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days for crocheted items, 5 working days for other non personalised items and 15 working days for fabric letters and other personalised items.
If you need an item sooner please check with us first to see if we accomodate your request. We will inform you if there is a delay.
Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify any problems. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is unavailable you will be informed and given the option to change your order. If you do not wish to change your order, a refund will be given for the unavailable item/s.
If any items arrive damaged you must inform us on the day they arrive and return them to us within 7 days of delivery. A replacement or full refund will be given for the damaged items. If you are not entirely satisfied with an item please return it within 7 days of delivery and a full refund will be given – no questions asked.

Fabric covered letters are for decorative purposes only and should not be treated as toys. Therefore they should not be given to babies or children.
